RENTERS & GUESTS
To assist you in enjoying your stay in Bear Hollow Village, we would like to ensure that you are aware of the following Community Rules & Regulations:
PARKING - Please review the community "VEHICLE RULES AND REGULATIONS POLICY" also posted on our website. All renters / guests in Bear Hollow Village must comply with the posted parking regulations and the Policy. Vehicles parked in violation of the posted regulations and/or the Policy will be towed at the owners expense.
CLUBHOUSE – your use of the Clubhouse facilities is granted by your rental agent / property manager / property owner in accordance with the terms and agreements of your rental contract. You MUST have a CLUBHOUSE ELECTRONIC ACCESS KEY CARD to gain entry and utilize the Clubhouse. DO NOT enter the Clubhouse without ACCESS CARD privileges.
You can call the Clubhouse at 435-655-7179 for information on Clubhouse hours of operation and other information. The Clubhouse is open daily, subject to weather and other conditions that may impact on the safe operation of the premises.
All persons utilizing the Clubhouse MUST adhere to the CLUBHOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS that are clearly posted in the Clubhouse. Persons who violate the Rules & Regulations will be subject to removal from the premises, fines and / or
prosecution.
“ Treat the Clubhouse as your home and above all else, please be courteous to others who share these amenities”.
TRASH REMOVAL – household trash is picked up on Tuesday mornings.
Place all trash curbside in the container provided for your Unit. ONLY TRASH IN THE CONTAINER WILL BE PICKED UP. Please remove your trash container from curbside after trash pick-up as soon as possible.
