and the community in general during the upcoming winter season.
SNOW REMOVAL OBLIGATIONS ARE THE SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
OF ALL OWNERS AND THE HOA.
- The HOA will
plow all the roads in the entire community and keep them cleared as best
possible. This is the #1 priority.
- The HOA will
plow all parking areas in the entire community.
- The HOA will
plow all residential driveways for all owners – plow will be at the end of
a snowfall.
- The HOA will
clear all sidewalks in the community after a snowfall and keep all fire
hydrants clear of snow accumulation.
- The HOA will
clear a path to the entry of your unit after each snowfall.
- The HOA will
keep the entry to the Clubhouse, Mail Kiosk and the Office Building
clear of snow.
- The HOA will
clear the Lodge entries, common area stairs and paths after each snowfall.
The HOA will not clear the snow from
decks or residential stairs –
this is your total responsibility.
THINGS YOU CAN DO TO HELP KEEP YOUR PROPERTY AND THE
COMMUNITY CLEAR OF SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATION PROBLEMS:
- OBEY THE
PARKING RULES –
vehicles illegally parked and inhibiting snow removal operations will be
towed away immediately.
- DO NOT shovel snow from your deck or
stairway into your driveway or entry way, or push snow from your property
onto roads or sidewalks.
- If you have
vehicles parked in your driveway it will be impossible to plow your
driveway – cooperate with snow plow operations and move your vehicle
as needed.
- Install
heat tape on your
roof lines and in gutters/downspouts to help prevent icing conditions.
