HOWARD BUTT - PRESIDENT 
Howie resides in Bridgewater, NJ
with his wife Patti, and their daughter Jessica, age 15. They are frequent
visitors to Bear Hollow, enjoying the great skiing and the healthy lifestyle of
Utah year round.   Howie recently retired from the New Jersey State Police with
the rank of Captain.   He now works for the NJ Office of Emergency
Management.   His education credentials include: a Master’s Degree in
Education from Seton Hall University; a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Thomas Edison State College.   He
also completed the Northwestern University Executive Management Program.  
Howie handles the administrative affairs of the Association, including dues
billing and correspondence. His wife, Patti, handles accounting and
support functions as required. Together, they keep all the HOA records in order
and up to date.

GREG WATKINS
Greg and his wife, Terry, are full time residents in Bear Hollow Village. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Greg met and married Terry while serving in the Air Force. They have raised three fabulous daughters and currently have one grandchild, George.
After establishing and successfully operating an airline ticket import and export business in London, England for 12 years, Greg was recruited by IKANO Communications to become President of SISNA, one of the nation’s original, and Utah’s largest Internet provider. Under Greg’s executive leadership and management, IKANO ranked number 40 in the “INC Top 500” fastest growing companies in the USA and number 2 in the “Inner City 100” fastest growing companies in America’s inner cities.
Greg has received many honors and accolades during his 30 years of corporate and business accomplishments in North America and Europe, including the 2004 Utah “Best of State Award in Science” as an Internet Service Provider. In 2003, Weber State University honored Greg as one of six Alumni who had excelled in business. While maintaining ownership of nine internet franchise areas in Illinois and an internet provider business in Texas, Greg is currently focused on and working daily in his Park City real estate business. JON LARSON - TREASURER
Jon and his wife Tina reside in San Diego, California. They have one daughter, Lydia, who will
turn 14 in January 2007. Jon grew up in Alpine, Utah and is a
frequent visitor to Utah as extended family and his work allow him to visit on a
regular basis. Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in International Relations and a MBA from University of Texas at Arlington where he focused on Real Estate and Finance. He
is the Western Region Manager for Guaranty Bank. Jon has over 15 years experience in the
homebuilder financing. The Larson Family love the mountains and are

JODY LODRICK - SECRETARY
Jody and his wife, Sabrina, are full-time residents of Bear Hollow Village. They moved to Park City in the fall of 2001 from Florida. Jody graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, and then went on to earn a Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He is currently practicing as an optometrist in the Greater Salt Lake Area. Jody and Sabrina decided to return to Utah after spending four months in Park City during the fall of 2000 while completing a clinical rotation in Salt Lake City. They both enjoy hiking and skiing in addition to the overall quality of life offered in Park City and the Wasatch Mountains. NICK MINGO - TRUSTEE
Nicholas M. Mingo is the Vice President of Development for Hamlet Development. Nick joined Hamlet Development in April 2006 and is responsible for the development of all residential land, which includes interfacing with municipalities to obtain subdivision approvals, establishing land development budgets, value-engineering infrastructure improvements and negotiating competitive bids.
Nick has more than six years experience in land development and civil engineering with a focus in residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Hamlet, he served in several positions for Stantec Consulting, Inc., including project engineer, project manager and profit center managing leader. Some of his responsibilities included designing and managing land and development projects, meeting the financial and performance objectives established for the company, managing 24 employees and evaluating their performance, and overseeing the annual operating budget and business plan. Before leaving Stantec, Nick was responsible for the design and construction observation of Bear Hollow Village including Phase 3 and the Lodges.
Nick is a licensed professional engineer in both Utah and California. He received his bachelor’s of science in civil engineering from the University of Utah in 1999. He also participated in the American Council of Engineering Companies Leadership Institute in 2004. He and his wife, Leslie, reside in Salt Lake City with their two children.
